1. Introduction These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services operated by W Tracy Products LLC (dba Shield Financial Services and 3CC). By accessing our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service Shield Financial Services is a referral platform that connects users with independent third-party service providers ("Partners"). W Tracy Products LLC does not provide Relocation, Moving, Professional Services, Insurance, Financial, or Home Improvement services directly. We provide a matching service only.

3. No Guarantee of Service or Pricing We do not guarantee that any Partner will provide a specific service or quote. All quotes, estimates, or service terms provided by Partners are independent of W Tracy Products LLC. You are responsible for verifying the licensing, insurance, and qualifications of any Partner you choose to hire.

For relocation services, you are specifically responsible for verifying the USDOT and MC licensing numbers of any moving carrier provided by our partners before signing a contract.

4. Consent to Contact By submitting a lead form on our site, you provide your express written consent to be contacted by W Tracy Products LLC and our Partner Network via phone, email, or text message. This consent applies even if your number is on a State or National Do Not Call Registry.

5. Limitation of Liability W Tracy Products LLC shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from your interactions with third-party Partners found through our Service.

6. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
